Project Assistant

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain project specific documents such as correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, contracts, proposals, etc.

  • Work with project managers and project teams to schedule meetings, develop agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.

  • Track critical activities and changes to the critical path impacting the project.

  • Responsible for requesting and examining paperwork such as deeds, easements, titles and more with great attention to detail.

  • Assist with development of project management functions, including schedule/budget tracking and resource management.

  • Preparation of design and construction documentation, including addendums, change orders, permits, and contract documents.

  • Assist quality and uniformity of appearance of deliverables through detailed review and organization of documents.

  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying and filing as necessary.

  • Develop and present new programs/processes in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Make travel arrangements for team members.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous office experience

  • Construction office or title company experience is a plus.

  • Highly proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High degree or organization and accountability
