Proposal Coordinator

Office: Wichita

Our work takes us across the nation and around the world to design an increasing variety of projects from highways to hospitals, water towers to wind turbines, stadiums to sidewalks, and everything in between.

 

How your skills will be used:

The PEC proposal coordinator will:

  • Work with managers to identify key target clients, industries, and markets
  • Organize client intelligence into strategic concepts for proposals
  • Develop tailored proposal and qualification submittals, providing leadership with outlined deliverables, and schedule expectations, driving the process, and ensuring quality control
  • Lead teams through interview preparation
  • Support timely data entry into the firm’s CRM database (Deltek Vantagepoint) to maintain project information, resumes, final submittals, marketing resources, visuals, and other materials, as needed
  • Actively develop content through writing and editing
  • Conceptualize visual design elements and implement them through basic
    graphic design or coordinate with our in-house graphic designer
  • Use of corporate brand standards, templates, instructions, manuals, and documents
  • Partner with team members and management to drive schedules, milestones,
    and priorities

     

Please apply if your background includes:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, business administration, or similar – OR – equivalent relevant experience

  • 1-4+ years of proposal experience within the A/E/C industry (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the Adobe Creative application InDesign
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Values building internal and external professional relationships
  • Self-starter who requires little to no supervision to meet assigned deadlines
  • High energy, positive, professional attitude, take pride in work, superior attention to detail
  • Team-oriented, collaborative work style
